در AfgPath قبل از هر پرداختی، قیمت، خدمات و شرایط بازپرداخت در قرارداد کتبی نوشته و امضا می‌شود. این سند خلاصه‌ای روشن از همان شرایط است.

هرچه زودتر انصراف دهید، مبلغ بیشتری برمی‌گردد. اگر در حین انجام کار و به هر دلیلی انصراف دهید، ۹۰٪ هزینه به شما برمی‌گردد.

اگر دانشگاه پذیرش ندهد، همه هزینه برمی‌گردد

ما هیچ پرونده‌ای را بدون بررسی کامل قبول نمی‌کنیم. پیش از قرارداد، همه مدارک و شرایط متقاضی با جدیدترین شرایط اعلام‌شده دانشگاه بررسی می‌شود و فقط پرونده‌هایی را می‌پذیریم که شرایط پذیرش را دارند. اگر با این حال دانشگاه به هر دلیلی پذیرش ندهد، کل هزینه بدون هیچ کسری برگردانده می‌شود؛ اتفاقی که تنها با تغییر ناگهانی سیاست‌های کشور مقصد یا وزارت آموزش آن ممکن است رخ دهد.

همه هزینه برمی‌گردد اگر…

  • AfgPath خدمتی را که در قرارداد آمده انجام ندهد.
  • در ابتدای کار مشخص شود مسیر برای شما واقع‌بینانه نیست.
  • AfgPath به دلایل خودش کار را متوقف کند.
  • دانشگاه به هر دلیلی پذیرش ندهد.

بازپرداخت ممکن نیست اگر…

  • کار توافق‌شده انجام و تحویل داده شده باشد.
  • هزینه به دانشگاه، دارالترجمه، مراجع تأیید مدارک یا سفارت پرداخت شده باشد؛ این هزینه‌ها تابع قوانین همان نهادهاست.
  • متقاضی اطلاعات نادرست یا مدرک غیرواقعی ارائه داده باشد.
  • متقاضی مدارک لازم را نفرستد یا پاسخ ندهد و ادامه کار ممکن نباشد.

کار مستقیم با دانشگاه‌ها

پذیرش را مستقیماً از دفتر پذیرش (Admissions Office) دانشگاه‌ها و بدون واسطه دیگری دریافت می‌کنیم. به‌زودی نماینده رسمی دانشگاه‌های همکار خواهیم بود و از آن پس همه پرداخت‌ها، از هزینه خدمات تا شهریه، مستقیماً به حساب رسمی خود دانشگاه انجام می‌شود.

تصمیم ویزا

تصمیم ویزا با سفارت است و ما آن را تضمین نمی‌کنیم. ریجکت ویزا به‌تنهایی دلیل بازپرداخت کار انجام‌شده نیست، مگر در قرارداد طور دیگری آمده باشد. در این صورت دلیل و گزینه‌هایتان را صادقانه توضیح می‌دهیم.

چطور درخواست بازپرداخت بدهید

۱درخواست بدهیدبا نام کامل و تاریخ پرداخت، از واتساپ، تلگرام یا ایمیل پیام دهید.
۲بررسی و اعلاممرحله پرونده و مبلغ را طبق قرارداد به شما اعلام می‌کنیم.
۳بازگشت پولظرف ۳ تا ۵ روز کاری، به همان حسابی که از آن واریز کرده‌اید.
ارز و کارمزدبازپرداخت با همان ارز و مبلغ پرداختی انجام می‌شود؛ کارمزد بانکی خارج از اختیار ما ممکن است مبلغ را کمی کم کند.
قرارداد کتبیهمه مواد به‌طور کامل در قرارداد آمده است. اگر قرارداد با این سند فرق داشته باشد، قرارداد ملاک است.

At AfgPath, the price, services and refund terms are written and signed in a contract before any payment. This document is a clear summary of those terms.

The earlier you cancel, the more you get back. If you cancel for any reason while the work is in progress, 90% of the fee is refunded.

If the university does not admit you, everything is refunded

We never accept a file without a full check. Before signing, all of your documents and conditions are checked against the university's latest requirements, and we only accept files that meet them. If the university still does not admit you for any reason, your entire fee is refunded with no deductions — something that can only happen after a sudden policy change by the destination country or its ministry of education.

Everything is refunded if…

  • AfgPath does not deliver a service included in your contract.
  • At the start, the route turns out not to be realistic for you.
  • AfgPath stops the work for its own reasons.
  • The university does not admit you, for any reason.

No refund is possible if…

  • The agreed work has been completed and delivered.
  • Fees were paid to universities, translators, legalisation offices or embassies — these follow their own rules.
  • The applicant provided false information or documents.
  • The applicant does not send the required documents or stops responding.

We work directly with universities

We obtain admissions directly from universities' admissions offices, with no other agent in between. We will soon be the official representative of our partner universities; from then on all payments — from our fee to tuition — will go directly to the university's official account.

Visa decisions

Visa decisions are made by the embassy and we cannot guarantee them. A visa refusal is not in itself a reason to refund completed work unless your contract says otherwise. If it happens, we explain the reasons and your options honestly.

How to request a refund

Currency & feesRefunds are made in the currency and amount you paid; bank fees outside our control may slightly reduce the amount.
Written contractEvery clause is set out in full in your contract. If it differs from this document, the contract applies.
