Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about studying in Europe and working with us.

Which countries do you help with?
We specialise in five countries: the Romanian preparatory year in Romania, English language preparatory courses in Hungary, pathway programmes in Finland, nursing training (Ausbildung) in Germany, and university study in Turkey.
Can I apply without a language certificate?
Yes, for Romanian‑taught degrees in Romania: you first complete the one‑year Romanian preparatory year, which does not require IELTS. In Hungary, an English language preparatory course is an option if your English is not yet strong enough. For Turkey, no language certificate is needed to apply.
Which documents should I prepare?
Usually a valid passport, your school or university certificate and transcript with certified translations, and sometimes a medical certificate. Some countries require legalisation of documents, which can take weeks — start early.
How long does the whole process take?
Plan for 9–12 months before your intended start. The university part can be quick, but document legalisation and embassy appointments often take months, especially for Iranian and Afghan passport holders.
Do you guarantee admission or a visa?
No. Universities decide on admission and embassies decide on visas. Be careful with anyone who promises a guaranteed visa.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and has no obligation. Message us on WhatsApp or use our Telegram bot or website form.
How much do your services cost?
See our services and fees. You always receive the final price and scope in writing before paying anything.
What happens to my documents?
We only use them to assess and prepare your application. Documents are optional when you first contact us, and we delete them if you ask. Details are in our privacy policy.
Do you help after the visa?
Yes. We stay with you after the visa until you arrive in your destination country. For Hungary we also help you settle in Budapest: getting to know the city, renting a dorm room or apartment, and other first steps. At the moment this settling‑in support is available for Hungary only.
Do you apply to the universities yourselves?
Yes. We apply directly to the relevant university on your behalf, without any other agent in between, and follow the application until you receive your acceptance letter.
Is there an age limit?
For university study in Turkey there is no age limit. For the other routes it depends on the programme and the visa rules, so we check it for your case.
Can I apply with only a high school diploma?
Yes. Most of our routes start at bachelor's level after a high school diploma. For nursing training in Germany, at least 10 years of schooling is required.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. Everything — consultation, documents and the application — is done online through WhatsApp, Telegram and email.
Do I need to show money for the visa?
Usually yes: most student visas require proof that you can cover your living costs. The amount and form differ by country. For nursing training in Germany, the training pay usually counts as proof.
Are there scholarships?
In some routes, yes — for example, many Finnish universities offer scholarships that reduce degree tuition. We tell you which options exist for your profile.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We explain the reason and your options honestly, for example re‑applying with a stronger file. Refunds follow the written agreement you received before paying.
Do you help with accommodation?
For Hungary, yes: we help you settle in Budapest, including finding a dorm room or apartment. For the other countries we guide you before you travel.
Do you answer in Persian?
Yes. We answer in Persian and English.
